Her first day working in a seedy London Striptease pub is a baptism of fire for Brazilian emigre EVA.

​

Eva was Laura's NATIONAL FILM AND TELEVISION SCHOOL graduation film.  It received additional finance from FILM LONDON and THE BRITISH COUNCIL.  

 

Eva premiered at EDINBURGH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL before screening at over twenty festivals worldwide including: BFI LONDON FILM FESTIVAL, LONDON SHORT FILM FESTIVAL, LOCARNO FILM FESTIVAL and SEAGATE FOYLE.  It won BEST FOREIGN FILM at LONG ISLAND INTERNATIONAL FILM EXPO.  It is distributed by THE BRITISH COUNCIL.
